She is a survivor and a vigorous advocate for women’s and children’s rights. Her life’s journey has taken her to various countries on this beautiful planet. In short, Rashmi is a global citizen who finally settled down on the beautiful east coast of the USA. In her free time, she loves to catch up on her favorite marvel movies and streaming her favorite shows. During summers, she enjoys the outdoors camping and hiking the trails of Virginia with her son.

Sarah's Attic of Treasures
I can’t believe I never read this About You section.
Single parents are often the best parents. None of us ever wanted to be a single parent. We just were.
I thrive on being a parent.
I never used that “Well, I am single parent ” excuse that so many of them have used.
I agree Sarah, Single Parents are awesome! I am so proud to know that you never used the excuse, I dont either. And that is because I feel single parents are no less than married parents!
Sarah's Attic of Treasures
We aren’t. I am not saying it is the best way of raising a child. Of course it’s not. Two parent parties are usually the best.
Yet, I and I am sure that you, put your child’s needs in front of your own.
We never had to “work ” with a second person.
I never felt that Bobby held me back because he never did.

You have a very worthy reasons for setting up your blog. I admire you for it, but also feel a little embarrassed since my own reasons were much more trivial. Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful week. 🙂
Thank you for the sweet comment! Although I will ask you not to feel embarrassed by your reason for blogging. To each his/her own. We each have our very own reasoning for blogging/writing! 🙂
Have a wonderful week ahead! Happy New Year! 🙂
My reasons for blogging are actually rather simple. I blog to: a) to express myself freely and openly to the world and b) becoming an international publishing phenomenon and a multibillionaire. So far, I’m having more luck with the first part. I hope you have a wonderful New Year too.
Sorry for the delayed response. For some reason, WP moved your comment to the spam folder and I just realized it!
As for your reasons, I wish you the best to become the next JK Rowling! 😉 Just remember to hire me when you do become a multibillionnaire! 😀
No problem about the delayed response. Ending up in spam folders is my superpower! 🙂
Leland Olson Hoel
Glad to meet you, you were dealt a bad hand but have played it right, you sound like a winner. Thanks for the visit to my blog.
Thank you for the kind words, Leland.
Hi Rashmi, thanks for your kind feedback and visit to my blog; it’s enabled me to find YOUR fabulous blog! I look forward to reading through your posts. New follower here 🙂 Jam
Thank you Jam! 🙂
Hi Rashmi! I didn’t want to bother you through email, but I noticed a couple of your comments over the last few days have gone to my spam folder and I cannot imagine why. I just wanted to alert you to this in case you’re having this issue on other sites. This happened to me a couple of months ago and I had to contact Akismet directly and it was eventually fixed. But for a few days, my comments everywhere (except my own blog) weren’t posted… they all went to spam!
Feel free to email me if you need more specific info! xo ~sandra
Hi Sandra, thank you so much for letting me know. WP has been putting my comments to spam on a lot of blogs! I wondered why. I will email you for specifics and then reach out to Askimet. Thanks again! 🙂
Happy to help — because I was so so frustrated when this happened to me!
Yea, I am really frustrated with this issue!
